Wizpay Failed Transaction: What to Do

Possible reasons for a failed transaction:
- Insufficient funds for the first payment or upfront payment
- Past due payments on other items already purchased
- Bank delay

The first payment upon purchase
When making a purchase via Wizpay, you will be required to make the first installment when you are checking out. In most cases, this will be 25% of the purchase price.
Approved but can’t make a purchase
Your account may be restricted from making a purchase if you’re behind on any payments. You can check the status of your payments by logging into the Payments section of your Members’ Area. If all of your payments are up to date and you still can’t make any purchases, please contact Wizpay’s customer service team on 1300 730 522.
Bank delay
Wizpay and Copia don’t have any hold when it comes to your bank authorisation processes and timeframes. When you encounter a Wizpay failed transaction and you’re sure that there are funds in your bank account and you do not have any missed payments with Wizpay, we highly suggest you contact your bank.
